Overview: On this outing led by Volunteer Naturalist Fred Losi we will focus on woodland plants, especially ferns species, including some that are locally rare. We will also discuss history while visiting The Arch and view impressive sandstone cliffs above Tinker’s Creek. We had a great outing visiting The Arch, studying geology and looking at plants and wildlife in the area. During our two mile hike over 3.5 hours, we also visited a beautiful secluded waterfalls as a bonus. Here are links to detail that can help you appreciate this outing.I hope to see everyone at next month's Tinker's Creek Stream Walk. For more detail, see the Bedford Nature Calendar. Happy Summer!
